Richter is a non-profit organization from the beautiful city Den Helder, the Netherlands and it's led by a team of volunteer professional with experience, dating over 30 years back, including education, social work and arts. Richter's aim is to bring people (young/old) together and to make them aware of the many possibilities on a national and international level. Richter constructs creative spaces and innovative activities to improve skills and assist understanding of present, and develop a visions for the future; all such process being based on detailed academic research. Richter has planned and participated in Grundtvig programmes and performed a range of European trainings program in Erasmus+ (formerly known as Youth in Action). Critical thinking and self-understanding are vital elements in any effective development, whether personal or social and its programmes reflect this approach.

The Association "Renasterea Botosaneana" is an independent organization (NGO) for youth, non formal eduction and local development, working on voluntarily basis situated in Botosani, a town in the Noth East part of Romania. "Renastrerea Botosaneana" is a dynamic organization aimed to promoting both social and economic developemtn within the context of cultural realities in Romania. We aim to do this by promoting the value of genuine democracy, providing assistance for the local yoith including those from the surrounding rural communities, establishing efficient startegies twrds local and regional development, contributing to the European integration of our town by means of multicultural projects, encouraging youth exchanges, establishing / taking part in international educational projects, being a member of the European youth4media network e.v. (www.youth4media.eu) an european association aimed at develping existing partnership in the area of participative youth media in order to create a stable and suinainable network of noncommercial media, cultural and educational institutions. Since 1999, our NGO has been also involved in various transnational youth and educational projects.
From Vilnius, Lithuania the partner is the Institute of Psychology and Management. The institute is a non-profit organization
founded on 25th of July in 2008. It facilitates applied research, provides
continuing education for adolescents, adults and professionals, coordinates
community education programs.The Institute provides practical solutions with achievable, measurable
benefits to people through the provision of a comprehensive range of innovative
services, excellence of personality, health, work, career, interpersonal
communication, critical thinking, self-development, teamwork, and life itself.
This aim we realize by implementing different kind of projects in close
cooperation with cultural and informal education workers, schools, local

Harju County Entrepreneurship and development Consultancy (HCEDC) is an institutional part of the public supporting system in Estonia. Our main goal is to initiate and implement projects aimed to contribute to the local development in Harju country, including capital Tallinn. We are reliable partners to our local authorities, non-profit based sector and also entrepreneurs. HCEDC has a co-operation contract with Enterprise Estonia and Union of Harju County Municipalities and we are financed by the state and local partners. Our mission is to support regional development in our county by promoting community based activities and active citizenship. We offer services and training to local authorities, non-profit organisations and entrepreneurs. We advise and organize trainings how to start an organisation, role of the board members, composing of strategies and actions plans, project proposals. Last year we started a co-project with entrepreneurship department to share Estonian experience on social entrepreneurship with Georgia and to support Georgian NGO’s with start-ups.
